Hood Warfare 2 by Trapstar Games on Steam advertises weapon customization. It does not publish the gun list. This page stays inside what the store and patch 1.0.10 actually say.

The store description and the 12 October 2026 patch note describe sights, magazines, grips, suppressors, perks and equipment. Reputation unlocks weapons and gear; weapon challenges unlock attachments; kills with a gun unlock its skins. Patch 1.0.10 lists a fix for loadout presets not saving. We have not tested weapon performance or verified a complete sequel weapon list, so we cannot support a best-gun ranking.
The customization system, as written
The store calls customization an upgrade over the first game, with new weapon animations. Attachment slots it names are sights, magazines, grips, and suppressors, plus a catch-all for other parts. Perks and equipment sit on the pre-match loadout, separate from the gun build.
Progress is match reputation for weapons and equipment, challenges for attachments, and kills on a specific gun for that gun’s skins. There is no published level cap for Hood Warfare 2. The level-50 cap from 2024 belongs to the original game’s zombies update. Do not copy it across.
Choosing and checking a loadout
Editorial suggestion, not a tested optimal build: decide which unlocked gun and attachments you want to practice, add your available perks and equipment, and use a custom bot match to compare how the setup feels. Change one attachment at a time so the comparison stays useful.
If a preset did not save, check that Steam has applied the current patch; 1.0.10 explicitly lists that bug. The official sources do not give damage multipliers, recoil reductions, unlock thresholds or an authoritative tier list. We do not assign those values.
What I will not invent
No damage numbers, no recoil charts, no “best loadout.” The 2023 updates name guns such as an AK-pattern rifle with a Bluefire skin. Those names are from the first game’s patch history. I have no source that says the same weapons shipped in Hood Warfare 2.

What is the best loadout?
Unknown from official sources. The studio has not posted weapon stats. Use the in-game presets once patch 1.0.10’s save fix is installed, and treat community tier lists as opinion.
How do attachments unlock?
The Steam text says weapon challenges unlock attachments. It does not list the challenge steps.
