A dated official announcement helps us identify the relevant version. We do not offer Steam-account or game-account support.

Studio mail, which we do not operate
Trapstar Games lists [email protected] on the Steam pages for both games. Use that address for game crashes, bans and other game-support questions. Mail sent there does not come to us, and mail sent to [email protected] does not open a ticket with the studio.
Steam purchase refunds
Request a refund for a Steam purchase through Steam Support for the account that made the purchase. Steam decides requests under its own refund rules. Neither this website nor an email to the game studio submits a Steam refund request on your behalf.

No. Refunds are handled by Steam under Steam’s refund rules.
How fast do you answer?
The editorial team handles website mail on a best-effort basis. An active forwarding rule is not a guaranteed response time, and we do not publish a support SLA.
